SMS marketing uses text messages to reach out to potential and existing customers, working in a similar way to email, it'll send a text directly to your target audience. SMS is a great way to get your message across quickly and easily, and it is even more effective when combined with other digital marketing tools.
It can be used to send promotional messages, reminders, notifications, special offers, surveys, and more. Using SMS in your marketing strategy can help to increase customer engagement and loyalty, reduce no-shows and help generate more sales.
SMS
marketing can be a very cost-effective and efficient way to reach a large
audience. Your messages can be sent out quickly and easily, and you're able to
track your success with detailed analytics. SMS is a great way to build
customer relationships and loyalty, by consistently reaching out and reminding
them of your brand. Texts can encourage impulse purchase, consideration and
ultimately, lead to a conversion! Not only this, but SMS can be used to send
booking confirmations and reminders, helping to reduce any no-shows and utilise
capacity.
Additionally, text messages have a much higher open rate than emails, making them a great way to get your message seen by the right people. This is because texts tend to capture our attention better and as fewer advertisers are using SMS, your competition is lower too. Finally, SMS messages can be personalised to fit your brand and target specific customers. All of these benefits can help you reach your marketing goals quickly and easily.

Additionally, you must inform them of how their data will be used, the right to withdraw their consent at any time, and how long you will be using their data for. Furthermore, you must provide an easy way for them to opt-out of your messages, and must delete their data promptly after they do. Finally, it's important to make sure that your messages comply with any relevant laws and regulations in your area.
